Is AquaAmp Go waterproof?
Yes! Bring it boating with you. Its IP67, meaning it's completely dust-tight and can withstand being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
How often do I need to recharge it?
Most phones get 5-10 full charge cycles before needing to recharge AquaAmp Go. The 21,000mAh battery will stay fully charged for up to 6 months when not in-use.
Can I use the USB port to charge devices?
Yes! The USB-C port is in/out 30W PD. Great for charging non-wireless devices such as iPads and speakers.
Will it fit in my cup holder?
The flexible fins bend to snugly fit in most cup holders with a 2.57" - 3.5" inside diameter. Deep molded cup holders with complete circular coverage work best. AquaAmp Go may not work with shallow or incomplete cup holders.
Do I need a magnetic phone/case?
No. AquaAmp Go uses super strong Qi2 magnets for coil alignment and extra holding strength, however the spring-loaded arms ensure a secure hold, even if you don't have a MagSafe/PixelSnap-compatible case.
How fast will it charge my phone?
AquaAmp Go is Qi2 25W certified, meaning its up to 5X faster than a typical 5W wireless phone charger. On supported phones, you can expect a meaningful top-up in ~30 minutes. It'll put your friends' cheapo Amazon nightstand docks to shame.
